Geosur 2010
INTERNATIONAL GEOLOGICAL CONGRESS
ON THE SOUTHERN HEMISPHERE

GEOSUR 2010, a follow up of Geosur 2004 held in Buenos Aires and Ushuaia, Argentina and Geosur 2007 held in Santiago de Chile and Puerto Natales, will provide a forum for geoscientists from all countries to present and discuss recent progress in the broad field of geology and geophysics of the Southern Hemisphere. This Symposium is organized by Argentinean and Italian Earth Sciences Institutions which are involved in joint researches for the study of the Antarctic and Sub-Antarctic regions. Researches from all countries and institutions interested in regional geology, geodynamic and structural evolution, magmatic processes, earthquake seismology, marine geology and geophysics, geomorphology, sedimentary environments and processes, landform and ice-sheet dynamics, paleoclimatic reconstructions, remote-sensing, pure and applied geophysics, etc., are welcome.
